Community

We work with numerous charitable and community groups across the UK. These include crime-fighting initiatives, learning and development schemes for young people, support for the victims of crime, assistance in rehabilitating ex-offenders, business improvement initiatives and support for cultural and recreational development.

Through our risk assessment process RelianceFM will always looks to maximise its positive and minimise its negative community impacts relating to is activities, products, events and services (APES) prioritising those that are most relevant our core business in the short and long term.  To support our community investment activities RelianceFM works in partnership with charitable organisations such as the Ethical Property Foundation who provide property advice to charities across the United Kingdom.

RelianceFM also gives our site manager the freedom to encourage local school children aged between 14-15 years the opportunities to gain work experience.  As recent group at our site in Oldbury gained experiences such as meeting and greeting, telephony, communication skills, sorting the mail and customer care.
