Career Development
Within Reliance Facilities Management we have a culture of developing our teams. Individual’s Career Development is always discussed at an annual performance and development review. Our structured Career Development ladder is designed around our Skills Matrix which benchmarks skills, knowledge and talent.
Team development is managed throughout the year and is always tailored to the customer and site needs. This training has been enhanced by the appointment of Training Champions at each of our sites which allow us to deliver training to our teams at their workplace without the need to travel. Delivering ‘bite-size’ training, the Training Champions are a key aspect of on site development and are volunteers who put themselves forward for this important role thus clearly have the enthusiasm and site knowledge to enhance the delivery of the training.
